2025 EVENT SCHEDULE
Welcome to the HPSNC Events Page
The 2025 schedule is up ahead of schedule! We hope you can join the team at one (or more) of these events. Since the schedule is early, not all dates are confirmed. Any changes to the dates will be posted prominently, and volunteers who signed up will be notified by email.
How to Sign Up
We are now using SignUp Genius. The orange "Sign Up" button for each event will take you to the SignUp Genius site for that event. You do not have to make a SignUp Genius account. You will receive an immediate confirmation email from SignUp Genius and a reminder email about two days before the event.
Event documentation will continue to be supplied via email from the ham volunteer coordinator a few days before the event.
Changes to the Schedule
Inclement weather or other factors can cause changes to dates, times, and locations, or the cancellation of an event. We will let you know of any changes or cancellations to the events you signed up for as soon as possible.
