To make the signup process easier for everyone, we are now using SignUp Genius. The orange "Sign Up" button for each event below will take you to the SignUp Genius site for that event. You do not have to make a SignUp Genius account. You will receive an immediate confirmation email from SignUp Genius and a reminder email about two days before the event.
Event documentation will continue to be supplied via email from the ham volunteer coordinator listed a few days before the event.
If you have already signed up for events in 2024 the old way, you do not have to sign up again.
Changes to the Schedule
Inclement weather or other factors can cause changes to dates, times, and locations, or the cancellation of an event. We will let you know of any changes or cancellations to the events you signed up for as soon as possible.
