Please complete and submit the form below.  Your info will be sent to the ham volunteer coordinator for the event.  You must fill out ALL fields, including the Comments section.

In the Comments section:

1.  List your vehicle's make, model, and color and whether you have a bike rack.   

2.  Let us know if you are a first-time volunteer or if you have volunteered for similar events in the past. 

3.  Some events offer T-shirts to volunteers as a token of appreciation, so please list your T-shirt size.

NOTE:  By submitting this form, you affirm that you have a valid driver's license and current liability insurance on the vehicle you will operate during the event.  You must notify the Ham Coordinator for the event if your driving privileges have been suspended or revoked or if you do not have an active auto liability insurance policy.
